He was very courteous and was aware of checking repair cost vs replacement. Willing to show evidence of the problem before beginning to repair. I appreciate his mannerisms in dealing with his customers, I can't review his work as we're awaiting repair parts. I really like when a repairman doesn't treat you like you don't know anything and are an annoying cash register. Dai'Quan is not like that. Very amicable and honest by my perception.

I hired Dai'Quan to install an underground automatic irrigation sprinkler system and sod. He had the best value, was honest, responsive and hardworking. There were delays with the trenches due to rain, but he kept me well informed on the progress. Dai'Quan even found and showed me video of grubs that were killing my grass, which he chemically treated and confirmed removed, before laying down sod; This is after a specialized Fertilizer and Pest control company I had hired a week before, had told me pests were not the cause of my dying and weedy grass. He suggested grass seed, for other areas which is much better value but takes longer to grown in. So far irrigation, the sod, and the grass seed is looking good and he has monitored the 30 day period finetuning the watering schedule for me so that the grass grows in strong. Every step of the way I felt I have been informed and given good options from Dai'Quan with a customized honest approach. I plan to hire again and recommend him to anyone looking for a professional you can trust to get the job done and who will take the time to make sure the results are satisfactory.

Dai'Quan was definitely the right choice! He was extremely responsive and timely with his communication and follow up through the entire flooring project. Dai’Quan was extremely honest about the problem I was facing with a bathroom repair and gave me two creative solutions to choose from. In the end, he had to make two trips due to a mistake I made when buying a toilet. He was very dependable, did quality work, was always responsive and more than fair on price! I’ll be referring him to friends and using his services again!
