It wasn’t an easy job as we were moving from the 3rd floor apartment to another 3rd floor apartment without any elevators and the two gentleman got everything done in 3 hours. Couldn’t have asked for a better crew.

I can’t say enough praises about this company. I was ghosted by another moving company on this app and butterfly express was able to step in on a moments notice. These guys were exceptionally professional, punctual, and wrapped my furniture with care. Might I add how fast they were too? They also assisted with taking apart my desk and even put it back together for me. Also hooked up my washer and dryer for me and gave me a suggestion on what part to get to make my washer/dryer compatible. They cleaned up their wraps and made sure that I was happy with my service. I’m over the moon ecstatic with their work and will definitely be using them on future moves. 😊

The team showed up on time and did a great job packing and moving. We had an issue with having too much for the truck based on our bedroom count but they made two runs without a break. We would definitely use Butterfly Express again…next time make sure they bring two trucks!
