- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you choose the diagnosis only, the visit fee will apply — $49 for appliances and $89 for AC units. If you’d like to have a second unit diagnosed during the same visit, we will provide that diagnosis free of charge. If you decide to proceed with the repair of two (or more) units, we will also provide a 10% discount on labor. Additionally, we offer unit installation services. With your consent, we can purchase a unit (based on your budget and preferences) and install it within one day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer is choosing to schedule with us we're informing them about the time and visit fee. We offer to put in any request for the technician beforehand. (For example to call customer 15 minutes ahead) The customer may request a prior consult and a rough estimate of the cost for the repairment project relying on the model of the unit and problem description.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technician is an engineer with a degree and 15 years of experience. He worked with a variety of units and brands and knows the appliances like the back of his own hand.
