I had my dryer vent cleaned, and overall, they did a good job with the service itself. The technician was professional, and my vent is noticeably cleaner and the dryer is drying better. However, there were a couple of small inconveniences my appointment was rescheduled without the technician notifying me, and they left the seat up on my toilet, which wasn’t a huge deal but still something I noticed. On the positive side, the manager was responsive and handled my concerns well. I’d still recommend them, but better communication would make the experience even better.

No work was actually performed, only recommendations for how to best deal with the situation at hand. The vent was underneath a built-in set of drawers in the closet and impossible to use vent cleaning vacuum to extract the ring from it.
