Super easy to work with. They got right back to me, and scheduled quickly. The final cost was slightly more than the estimate, but that's not surprising, since they estimated off-site. They were very prompt, even early, lol! And took care of everything. Were friendly and even made friends with our scared /barking dog. Air-ducts and chimney cleaned. 👍🏻 Would work with this company again!

I initially chose Elite air duct and vent cleaning company because they demonstrated a strong interest in my business through follow-up calls to schedule an appointment which gave the impression that they valued my business and was optimistic about working with them. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to warn others who may be considering their services. The technician who arrived at my home exhibited an unprofessional attitude from the start. He walked through my house with earbuds in and engaged in loud personal conversations throughout the entire service making it difficult to communicate with him. I had scheduled the service because my home was nearing the completion of a significant home renovation, knowing that drywall dust, sawdust, and other elements had likely accumulated in the ventilation system and I wanted to clear the systems before putting everything back in its place. Due to painting all of the walls and ceilings and flooring work, all vents had been removed, and I had deliberately left them off to make the technician’s job easier by saving them the effort of taking them off. However, instead of appreciating the convenience, the technician outright refused to reinstall the vents. His initial excuse was that he didn’t know where the screws were, despite the fact that the screws were there with the vents and about half of the vents were still in their new original packaging, complete with screws. He then claimed it was a liability issue, stating he couldn’t reinstall vents he hadn’t removed, he then claimed he needed to charge extra to do the “vent” part of the “air duct and vent” service. Despite my frustration, I simply wanted to end the conversation and paid the full price, even though the job was poorly done. I cannot recommend this company to others with good conscience. UPDATE: After my bad experience, Elite reached out in an attempt to enhance my customer experience. They offered an additional service and that service was completed in an exceptional manner. I appreciate their efforts to make this right.
