Very happy with Joey's service. Took a little bit of time for a full inspection of the problem "unable to print 50" which is common in a lot of household/small office Brother printers. But he saved it and now it's as good as new. I love this printer, probably the best one I ever had and was well worth it to have it serviced by Fuller IT consulting. I found Joey to be an honest and trustworthy person with my printer.

I reached out during a weekday after I realized my flash drive was broke. Fuller responded immediately. He was prompt, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to fix the drive. Within hours, from him picking it up, to being able to retrieve the information from it, to transferring it back to me, I had my drive when I needed it, which was vital because I was working on a project. He even picked it up from me and dropped it back off. If you need IT services, this is who u want to reach out too!

My experience could not have been any better. He was prompt. He was personable. He even had to go back to his distributor because I mistakenly told him the wrong color of my laptop, and he exchanged the screen and brought the correct one to my house. I will absolutely hire him again if I need to and let everyone know what a great job he did.
