Jermaine was great in assembling our desk. His attention to detail and care to read through all the instructions was outstanding, including discovering missing pieces and letting us know how to resolve the issue when we get replacement parts. Our assembly was challenging, because we were missing parts and a when we did get finally get all parts a significant piece was damaged, but Jermaine was completely flexible and came back once we had the parts. The desk assembly took much longer than anticipated (which we suspected may be the case with the reviews online for the furniture), but he persevered in completing the assembly with such a positive attitude. We'll hire Jermaine again for our furniture assembly needs. Thanks again!

I’ll ask them to send me a link of the furniture and to make sure he/she has all the parts in good condition when shipped.
