- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Booking Policy: • For custom doors or opener orders, full material cost is required upfront. • Free rescheduling with 24 hours’ notice. • Cancellations under 24 hours may incur a $75 fee. • Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer reaches out, I schedule a site visit to assess the job and provide a detailed estimate. Once the customer approves the estimate, I order the garage doors and any specialized equipment/ needed, which requires a full deposit. I strive to complete the work the same day whenever possible, or schedule it at a time that best fits the customers availability.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
