A water leak in the unit above ours necessitated a search for a reputable plumbing company that could find and resolve any issues ASAP. Our plumber, Max, arrived promptly the next morning, provided a free estimate, and with our blessing immediately began his work. We are first time home owners. This was our first plumbing issue. This company and their plumber Jayjay did an incredible job. And that’s an understatement. We were pretty stressed about this problem and Jayjay did a AMAZING JOB with calming our nerves and figuring out the problem. Harold and his team are AMAZING!!! He responded to our inquiry in less than 10-mins w/a text introducing himself and requesting a phone conversation. Within the first few moments of our conversation, I knew he was the right guy for the job. He was extremely pleasant, he was knowledgeable, he answered all my questions without irritation and respectfully educating me in the process. I felt as if I was speaking with my dad, brother, or uncle; somebody who really wanted to help resolve my issue. We scheduled a time for his visit the next day. Upon finishing another job early, I was immediately contacted that he could actually arrive earlier than expected versus waiting around all day for assistance and then being rescheduled 20-mins before scheduled service time (that’s happened to be plenty of times by others). Once he arrived to our home, he got to work diagnosing the issue and presented several options for us to explore. Harold promised to deliver estimates for the options he presented the same day and did so without any additional requests or reminders from us. Harold asked for our business and he asked for a review…Sales 101. I think it’s extremely important to ask for what you want but also deliver on your word. Dodson & Son Plumbing will be my go-to plumbing services from here on and will definitely be recommended to all my friends when they need a plumber. Just an all around great guy.
