- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
“My pricing is transparent and based on the size of the home, type of cleaning (standard, deep, move-in/move-out, Airbnb turnover), and any special requests. I offer free estimates up front so there are no surprises. Repeat or regular customers can receive discounted rates, and larger projects may qualify for a package price.”
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
“When working with a new customer, I like to start with a quick conversation or walkthrough to understand their needs, preferences, and priorities. From there, I create a cleaning plan tailored to their home or business. On the first visit, I do a thorough top-to-bottom clean to set a high standard. After that, I follow a regular schedule — whether that’s weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — and keep in touch to make sure everything stays just the way they like it. I’m flexible and happy to adjust as their needs change.”
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
“While professional cleaning doesn’t require a college degree, I’ve completed hands-on training in residential and commercial cleaning methods. Over the years I’ve learned industry-approved techniques for sanitation, deep cleaning, and safe use of eco-friendly products. I also stay up to date on best practices for move-in/move-out cleanings and Airbnb turnovers so every job is done efficiently and to a high standard.
