Overall decent work, just not as detailed oriented as I would like, missing basic things on the list plus basic areas like wiping down glass tables & shelving. Didn’t move conch to sweep under. Left residue in bathroom by baseboards. Going over your work once finished should be a must. I had to show at the end missed places, was open to correcting which I appreciate.

Even after that timeframe, we remain available to resolve anything that may have been left behind. Since this was an urgent cleaning (scheduled in less than 48 hours), we sent a great team, but not the one usually designated for first-time deep cleanings. We recognize that this may have impacted your experience. Regarding the furniture, we follow our safety guidelines: we do not move heavy items such as sofas to avoid scratching the floors or causing any damage. However, we always clean as much as possible around and underneath, and we do vacuum the upholstery. We appreciate that you acknowledged our openness to correcting things on the spot, and we want to reinforce that we remain at your disposal for any further adjustments.
