Aric did a great job. The service caused no disruption to the household. I only wished we a had in person introduction since this was my first service but we did exchange messages via the service portal. Initially, I was having this service done by my neighbor for $75/ mow but my neighbor could never follow a set schedule nor could he complete the job in the same day. I am glad I switched although it costs more, it's done right the first time.

some run around between lawnstarter lawn care and home gnome lawn care then having the lawn cut by somebody called Kyle from a third company called elite wash and service llc. i was quoted a fee of $59 plus $3.99 for a total of $62.99 but my card charged a whooping $75.99 before tipping.

Daquan did a very good job, he was very friendly and responsive to my questions about the app. I saw that he was very careful during the trimming by seeing where my sprinkler heads where. He also did a walk around afterwards to make sure he did miss any spots, he was very detailed oriented and hire him again anytime.

We price using your address to determine the actual lawn size and then use the lowest industry rates for the area to quote you the best offer that we can.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically our customers like to call in because it is easy and quick, we are able to give an accurate quote just using your address. They can also schedule entirely online at lawnstarter.com. From there, we typically reserve a weekly time or bi-weekly depending on a customers' needs. We also set them up with a customer account so they can manage their service online as they please.
