There were a few issues, some could of been avoided. First, I never provided them with a delivery address and they didn't think to ask until a couple of hours before the event. They were unable to get a hold of me for 3 hours as I wasnt near my phone and was busy with family. I finally saw their message at 12noon. The event was at 2pm. 2pm came and went. No food. So I called them. They said their driver picked the food up and that the driver wasn't answering their phone. They couldn't get a hold of their delivery driver. So they asked if they could make more food and bring it later. I agreed. The food was almost 2hrs late and not warm. It appeared the food had been involved in a collision as the tacos were all scrunched to the side and most of the meat pouring out of each one. Turns out the original delivery guy was involved in a car accident. He showed up in a wrecked car with coolant leaking everywhere. I felt really bad for the young man who appeared very stressed out. Rice and beans were also part of the order which we didn't receive. I'm assuming they didn't survive the collision. So the owners gave me a $50 refund on that. The owners did offer to give me a free catering to make up for the late arrival and cold food. But I declined. My event was essentially ruined and my guests were all left waiting for food for 2hrs. It was a nightmare. Only food we had was cold tacos with no rice or beans. Maybe you'll have better luck.

Love these guys! Always awesome food w/ high quality ingredients. This Butter Chicken Burrito is a true star, nice warm and creamy spice base with all the burrito fixins. The rice and tortilla are always cooked to perfection!
