My pricing is straightforward and fully transparent. I’ll always provide a clear breakdown of costs before we move forward, so there are no surprises. Depending on the situation, I may also offer flexible commission structures or incentives for repeat clients, referrals, or bundled services (such as selling and buying with me).

I start by listening—understanding your goals, timeline, and what matters most to you. From there, I create a personalized strategy, whether it’s pricing and preparing your home for sale, or searching for your next property. I guide you through every step of the process with open communication, from our first meeting to the closing table.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have professional training in working with sellers and buyers, real estate marketing, contract negotiations, market analysis, and I continuously take courses to stay current with industry changes. I also founded Otography ATL, a media firm, that allows me to have a competitive edge in the digital world. Curb appeal helps sell, but digital appeal gets the buyers in the home.
