I recently hired Mack Donahoo to fix what we thought were six line breaks, a project with an agreed-upon quote. However, once the work began, it became clear the problem was much bigger. He discovered a total of 17 line breaks that needed to be repaired along with other unforseen repairs. Despite this huge increase in the scope of the project, the contractor handled it with incredible professionalism and integrity. He honored the original quote and didn't raise the price at all. This commitment to his word, even when it meant a significant amount of extra work on their end, was truly impressive. He were not just focused on getting the job done quickly; he took extra time to ensure every single repair was done correctly and that the entire system was fully functional before his team left. The system now runs perfectly, thanks to their thorough and honest work. It's rare to find this level of dedication and integrity in a contractor.
