FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Maintenance pricing comes down to either a service plus chemicals per week/bi-weekly or a flat fee per month. Anything extra such as installations, repairs, parts, and replacement will be discussed before doing any work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A discovery call or text about what you seek to get done. Being descriptive is helpful in order to understand circumstances involving your request. This can include images, video, but ideally an onsite visitation. This way we can paint a picture to a name in-person and know who you'll be working with.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
From middle school, up to college and then back to the field into later adulthood. I've been in the industry for a long time and had an uncommon upbringing.
