- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are priced to be affordable and fair. I also proudly offer discounts for first responders, teachers, and military service members (with ID) as a way of saying thank you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening carefully to your needs, providing a clear explanation of the service, and giving an honest, upfront estimate. From there, I make sure the work is done efficiently, neatly, and with respect for your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m trained and experienced in gutter cleaning and repairs, chimney sweeping and minor repairs, and dryer vent cleaning. I’ve learned through hands-on experience, professional training, and years of practice to make sure every job is done safely, efficiently, and with care for your home.
