We offer a unique service, there are no middle men or horror stories with us, when you hire me, I do the work, I’ve spent decades learning all the different trades and skills that are required to take a job from planning to completion and I’m very good at what I do. We gratefully stay very busy by word of mouth, referrals and repeat customers, In 20 years I’ve never failed once, to finish a job and leave my clients grateful and happy and with more value added in equity than I cost to do the work. I have done many for no profit tho because my name and reputation has always been more important than profit. It’s an expensive lesson I’ve learned well. The job was $1400, included underbelly repair, 300sq’ of subfloor to be installed, blown in insulation, and a little plumbing. 90% of the subfloor was already removed. Also some bracing was needed for the new subfloor. I was told it would take two days. I already had 90% of all the materials at the mobile home. On the 3rd day I was told it was complete so after work I stopped by to inspect it and nothing was 100%. The toilet flange was at a 45degree, the subfloor was unlevel, the underbelly still had rips and insulation was all over the ground. I contacted Logan and he begged one more day to make it right on Thursday because I had to go over there everyday this week (today is 1/21/23) because they said they were finished. That was a lie. I told him I’d give him one more day like he asked but if it wasn’t fixed completely and correctly I’d like to just pay him $1000 and go our separate ways. He agreed that would be fine. I went Friday to inspect and the plumbing wasn’t fixed, subfloor still was unlevel, and holes were still in the underbelly. I paid him the $1000 altogether and let him know I didn’t want him to work on my house anymore. I got a text the next day saying he wants another $500. I told him no why would I pay $1500 for a $1400 job that 1/2 of it will need to be ripped out and put back in. I called him and talked to him and asked if he agreed that we talked about the situation before hand he said he wasn’t worried about that and I shouldn’t piss him off. I asked what he was going to do about it he chuckled and said you’ll see and hung up the phone. As soon as this happened I went to write this review. I don’t want anyone to become a victim of this guy.

I took a chance on going with Vincent. Needless to say it was a big disappointment. This handyman is unprofessional and the quality of his work is poor. It was a simple job, I needed him to repair the front door panel and apply sheetrock mud on one side. He started that process in which needed to be done in phases since it was going to take a few days for the mud to dry. Then, he was supposed to replace a bathroom door in which he took the measurements, so I purchased the door from Home Depot based on his measurements. Then, he tells me after he drilled holes in the new bathroom door, that it does not fit. Needless to say, I could not return it. I had also planned to have him replace a window, but decided to go another route on the window, because I could not find one based on his measurements. He had already given me a written itemized price upfront to complete each task, excluding materials, i.e. bathroom door and window. He provided a small section of wood that was installed on front door panel and I purchased the sheetrock mud. No problem! Once I told him that I was going another route with the window install, he upped the price on replacing the bathroom door from $60, his words via text "its going to change the price because I don't know what hat all I've got to do to make it fit. He claimed that he would try to keep it @$25 extra but it may be as much as $100 more just to be up front with you which means $160 max to install the bathroom door." Well, since he measured the door, it should have been the right fit. The hat I expected Vincent to wear is one he wore when I hired him!!! In my opinion, if he could not do the job he should not have taken it, at least not drill holes in a new door that did not fit. After a phone exchange, he got mad and told me to find someone else! I asked if he could please finish the job. He opted to only finish the front door and for me to get someone else for the rest of the work. After thinking about it, I decided to do just that, get someone else to finish all of the work. BUYER BE WARE!!! If you want a professional handyman go with someone else.
