I had a great experience working with Author from Sugarloaf Landscaping. From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and an absolute pleasure to work with. His friendly and approachable personality made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Author installed a drainage bed to address an erosion issue I was having on the right side of my house. Not only did he clearly explain the solution, but he also completed the job exactly when he said he would. His pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises. The quality of his work was excellent. The drainage bed looks great and I highly recommend Author for any landscaping needs.
