Christian at CC Appliance Services came out on the same day we needed our dryer repaired. He was on time, communicated with us before & after the repair, was very kind & professional, explained everything we needed to know & even came back out a 2nd time for a complementary follow up when we had additional concerns. Took advantage of their recent special to have my HVAC ducts serviced and received my dryer vent for free. I knew going in that I had ignored this process over the years and I regret it. CC came in throughly cleaned my system identified what happens when you neglect your duct work and never pressured me on making a decision to fix the issue. I knew it was something I had to do. Jamar and his partner were very cordial and professional and did a wonderful job. I have already set a reminder to have them back in two years.

Christian showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about my dishwasher. For reference, I have a GE dishwasher that required disassembly of the front door just to replace the soap reservoir. Christian was in and out within an hour to complete the job!
