From our very first phone consultation, your professionalism, creativity, and genuine care truly stood out. I really appreciated the time you took during to hold multiple calls, review pictures of potential placements of the balloon art, to the walk through ideas and offering thoughtful decoration suggestions that perfectly suited the occasion. Your early arrival (by a day per my request) and attention to the details made a world of difference. It was so reassuring to know everything was in such capable hands. Most of all, your generosity in throwing in a few extras did not go unnoticed—it really added a special touch, and I couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out.
