I wish I could choose all of the rating options for MJR, the service was impeccable. First, the response to my initial inquiry was received promptly. The communication was open and honest. Second, I was able to get an appointment the very next day. He arrived as scheduled and was extremely professional yet pleasant. The diagnostics took only a few minutes, I was relieved that the problem was minor and affordable. Finally, the replacement part was found, he called and asked if I was okay with the cost, and returned and completed the job. From start to finish, my dryer was repaired in less than an hour, and for less than i had anticipated. I will definitely be using his services again!

WOW!! What can I say? First of all Major was Highly Professional, Friendly and Courteous. He Absolutely knows his job and what he is doing!
