Efrem was extremely knowledgeable about my shower issue. He communicated throughout the process and answered my many questions about the options he offered. He’s very pleasant and easy to talk with and got the job done much faster than I expected. I would recommend him and plan to call him again for my next project!

The water pressure in my home was very high. I went on Thumbtack and looked up plumbers and I was interested in finding a small businessman. I found Efrem‘s information and submitted a request to him for a service call. He contacted me back and asked me some qualifying questions. I explained the situation and sent him photos. he gave me an estimate over the phone based on what he saw and I described to him. He was a little busy and said he couldn’t make it out for a couple days, but this was not an emergency and I was really in no rush. On the date of our appointment he contacted me and I sent him my address. He arrived at my home and greeted me and then went to work. He explained to me exactly what he was doing as I am a curious homeowner and was watching him. He replaced my water pressure regulator in about an hours time. It turned out he did not need to replace some of the pipes that he thought may have to happen and was very honest and reduced the price to me based on that. Some people never would have done that and I appreciate his honesty and integrity. He was very thorough, cleaned up after himself, and then checked for leaks, and everything was good. He is a very personable guy and I enjoyed our conversations. His price was so reasonable that I did not even get any other quotes, but I’m certainly would have been higher. I would highly recommend Efrem to anyone looking for a plumber and then I learned he is a handyman as well so there is a bonus at that.

I’m not going to gatekeep because good plumber and contractors in general are hard to find. Efrem is a honest and trustworthy plumber with great work ethic. He’s an expert and I’m very happy with the job he did and will definitely hire him again.
