- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m very reasonable. We all heard the term “you get what you pay for!” But with us, we value the client more. Money is always the motive, but we understand that relationships are better! So we try to make sure everyone is satisfied with the price and process!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process, is limit to but not all the same. Call and get an guesstimate on project. Next step, I come out look at project and give exact quote, and the duration of the project. If both parties agree with terms, we move on to plans of project, including color, materials, etc.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always was around my dad, him and his friends were general contractors. So, you can say, it found me!
