Needed help with moving 2 pieces of heavy furniture, a recling sofa and loveseat from one room to another. Posted the project on Thumbtack, Dylan texted me and we confirmed time and price. He showed and work was done. He went above and beyond by moving 2 more lazyboys for me.

Dylan responded to my project query quickly and we agreed upon the timing and fees. On the actual day that we scheduled the work, he was running a bit late so he called, apologized for the inconvenience and we rescheduled it. He showed up on time, completed the task and went above and beyond by moving 2 additional furniture pieces at no extra cost. Thanks Dylan.
