I messaged Vethands to repair a washing machine box drain. They responded almost immediately. They came out the following day. Sam was my technician. They were professional from beginning to end. I was not completely satisfied with the price but after receiving an explanation breakdown from the owner, whom by the way, were also professional in his message, I understood a little more of how, why, when and what. I gave 5 stars because of the professionalism and the satisfaction of the work completed, although I was still not completely satisfied with the price and having to pay more for the drywall replacement.
