They were phenomenal! We were cleaning out my deceased son's house, which made it super emotional for us. They came in and handled the job perfectly. I accidentally had the power shut off, and they still managed to get the job done without complaint. I had to fly out and wasn't able to view the completed job in person, but they sent me photos. When I followed up with the leasing company they raved about the job the cleaners had done and were planning to work with them in the future. I wish grayz cleaners was local to me! I would use them regularly!

Had some miss communication on what was expected of .i.e. I selected move out cleaning and did not realize their expectations were the house would be empty. Overall we worked through the miss communication and the job was done to my expectation
