Setting my appointment was a breeze, even when I needed to push it back a couple hours. Juan let me know when he was on the way and arrived on time. He walked through my 4 bedroom home and assessed the carpet and advised of the expected outcome. He cleaned all of the carpet upstairs and the stairs and did an excellent job. Not to mention it smelled great. I would definitely hire Juan again in the future. My new tenants were very happy.
