Very nice guy. Work was good but not what I expected. To be fair my floor was not totally even but I sent pics and video prior to pro agreeing to do the job. Pro even had an opportunity to see it in person before starting. Still continued job and some tile are uneven. I was advised to let thinset sit for 2 days and pro didn’t grout the tile. I ended up having to use sulfamic acid to remove thinset that sat on tile for 2 days and had to grout myself. No cleanup of broken tile. Once again not completely upset but not completely satisfied either.
