He showed up very quickly and clarified the price would vary depending on removing the drum or not, which I think is good to know upfront. He finished the job in less than an hour and charged me less than half what LG was going to charge me and they only had one price regardless of how big the job would be. I hired Ideal for a washing machine that was running too long. Mike came out, diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the part the same day. He came back in 2 days and fixed our machine within 30 min. The responses were quick and they were willing to work with my schedule.
