- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No matter what your service is that you need and what the price may be your always getting top quality work, the more work you provide the better your price will be. I help out with materials if I have extras laying around
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
typical process when working with a new costumer is meeting up with them to make sure we have a more clear idea of what type of work they need done or if dealing with a costumer that doesn't know what they really want but have sort of n idea we help with areas in that scope to, we also let costumers know that communication is high priority for us we need that same feeling that as much as we want to help you are up to date with your project details. We also offer contracts to all clients targeting the type of work that will be done along with a signature from both parties before any work is begun.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a journey man for almost 3 big remodeling companies in the past. have tons of experience working with contractors and professionals hands on together ,and time and years have given me all the education I've acquired along with I'm a graduate that knows math quit good
