While the work hasn't started yet--these guys are a breath of fresh air compared to Exovations and Archadeck. Excellent value, full transparency. The final deal deal was 35% less than Exovations and 10% less than Archadeck (with MUCH MUCH better materials)

I really liked Nelson Exteriors. They were very professional throughout the process. My only complaint is that there seemed to be a lot of people involved in the process, especially when I mainly talked to Joshua and the workmen during the deck construction. There was no bait and switch, and everyone was very honest with me. The quality was exceptional. Yes, I would recommend Nelson Exteriors.

We needed to have our deck replaced and Nelson Exteriors' work is top notch. If you can, ask for Jake Mifsud for your Sales Rep as he was prompt, helpful and attentive to our needs. For our Project Manager, Joshua McCormick was on top of every aspect of the project. Besides the great craftsmanship of the deck he and his team implemented, Joshua took the time to make sure all the final details were up to our standards.

I had to repair my deck as the stairs were completely damaged. After getting quotes from several companies, Nelson Exteriors offered the most reasonable price. They completed the repairs very quickly and efficiently. After the work was done, I noticed a few areas that needed additional attention, and they promptly and diligently took care of them. I highly recommend Nelson Exteriors to anyone considering deck work. The deck feels incredibly sturdy and solid, making me happy every time I step outside. They did such a great job that I plan to use them again for staining in six months.
