- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are competitive against licensed companies pricing. Having worked at several companies throughout my career I am very aware of what plumbing costs are. I try to structure my pricing in a way that allows me to stay in business as well as keeping as much in your pocket as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with new customers is quite simple. I try my best to make each customer feel like they have known me for years. Building a relationship with my customers allows me to better fit their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a vast knowledge of plumbing and septic work. I have been in this industry for over 15 yrs. I am constantly learning things every day as any great technician should.
