Alex was incredible! He made the entire process so easy-from filing the claim to project completion! He was professional and explained each step of the process thoroughly. His crew did a fantastic job and as soon as they left, you couldnt even tell theyd been here! The roof looks great and no debris was left behind. I would recommend PCPM for both their customer service and the quality of their work!

Alex was so great! He helped us from start to finish with our insurance claim for our roof, he communicated with us constantly throughout the entire process. He was so professional, his customer service was top notch. Our roof is perfect, and they did a fantastic job cleaning up behind themselves! We appreciated his clear communication throughout the entire project and his willingness to answer all our questions.
