I live in Lawrenceville on approx one acre and Jacob single-handedly did a phenomenal job on my lawn! My backyard was fully overgrown. So much so that my kids never played back there due to fear of snakes and other creatures. He cut the grass, and trimmed the bottoms of each bush so that all of the ground was exposed for safety. I had years of leaves in my shrubs in the front yard. He blew out the shrubs and trimmed them all evenly. The edging was impeccable. His professionalism and service was top notch! My dear mother loved his friendliness and that helped me make the decision when choosing a lawn care provider. He said he would be there and ready to work by 8am. He showed up at 7:55 and was literally working by 8:00am. He worked alone all day until the job was complete. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our family roasted hotdogs and s’mores in the backyard for the first time in years! I am now on his bi-weekly lawn subscription. It’s going to be a great summer outside! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process I take my customers through is first I set a day to come meet with them and look at the job. After I meet with them it either takes me a day or two to send them a bid. Once they receive the bid then they let me know their decision. If they decide to hire me, I then ask them for a 10% Deposit to block date off. A week before the job commence I ask for another 40% of the amount to buy materials needed for the job. Once job is complete the amount due is paid in full.
