I hired this person to clean my house because I have some health issues and I haven’t been able to clean it properly, for about 2 mos. I would never hire someone to spray Febreeze in the living room and say “we’re done” after only 2:00 hours…oh and a broken window blablade in the living room window as well. The pictures speak louder than the words. I’m so angry and frustrated with her job. Totally unacceptable. I feel like I’ve been scammed by her and her mother. They asked $190, I paid $200 trusting that the job was good, just to get the house about the same as it was before. It was after they left that I saw how bad it was.

Hi Sara, we aren’t scammers. We took 2 hours and 30 minutes with two people. If it would’ve been one it would be 5 hours. We did try our best but like you said you haven’t cleaned your home in 2 months and the place was filled with doggy hair. I don’t appreciate you calling us scammers. We try our best to keep the client happy. I also told you that we broke the shade and I offered to pay it for you. You said “no thats okay everything you see here in the living room is being replaced. They are old anyways. That’s why house is a complete mess.” And when you came in after I said we’re done you said wow its looks so much better then before and we walked around together and showed you what we did. You gave me the $200 after we walked around together you seeing our job and I asked would you like change and you said “no keep it”.
