Overall they did an 11/10 job. They were early and assembled my bed w quickness. They also went above and beyond to help me get the bed frame from the mail center to my apartment, and even helped me lift the mattress onto my bed. If I have any other handy needs in will definitely work w Phetic Solutions again!

When I say I'm a skeptic it's because I've had such unpleasant experiences in the past but Tauscha is exceptional. She was at my place BEFORE her scheduled time & assured me, a recent widow that 'she had me'. She assembled a trundle bed, a sleeper sofa sectional, office desk, TV stand & mounted a TV in a few hours. NONSTOP! I couldn't get her to take a break. Excellent work ethic! Turn off
