I really wanted a different opinion on my insulation and Mark originally said he could come out on Tuesday. I asked him if he could come out any sooner and he agreed to come out the same day. Which was a Saturday. I really appreciated him moving things around, especially on a weekend. He was professional and he educated me on many different things. I liked the fact he gave me three price points and explained each of them in detail to me. He is friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the quote and his time.
