Hired on Thumbtack

This business was very rude when they gave me a quote and I declined. They said they had to pay Thumbtack $45 just to give me a quote and people should not be shopping around. I have nothing to do with what he and Thumbtack have going on. I have the right to decline and get other offers. So be warned I wouldn’t hire this person
