I found out on the day of move-in that the new hot water I had installed didn't have the proper ventilation and I contacted Jonathan that same day. He scheduled me a appt the very next morning. He did a free evaluation and fixed the problem the same day. Very affordable, fast, knowledgeable, and professional. He told and showed me what was wrong and what he needed to do to fix the problem and he did just that. I posted a before and after pic. He changed the whole ventilation and properly sealed it.
