Hi Stephanie, I’m really sorry you felt that way. I just want to explain that the paint stains on the screen were already there from a previous job — I actually took pictures before starting, and they show the marks were old and the paint was a different color and texture. Everything that was part of our work was protected, and anything that got dirty during the job, we cleaned and fixed right away. I also did a few extras to help out, like cleaning your porch, roof, and unclogging the gutters, all at no extra cost. I used the same high-quality materials I use on bigger projects, even though I gave you a discounted price. I take a lot of pride in my work and always try to leave every job better than I found it.
