This pro did a very good job on my project. The problem tI had with them, which is a very serious problem is that they did not pull a permit for the plumbing nor the electrical work for my renovation. They knew that they should’ve pulled the permits , but they did not and that delayed my ability to rent out my unit and update my insurance for almost 6 months . These permits were obtained in arrears and that is only because I insisted upon it. Be very wary of using this company.
