I messaged David one night and he showed up for the inspection the next morning! I came ay the end of the inspection and he walked me through every detail. He is very thorough. As he wrote up his inspection notes he made sure to send me more up close pictures that a flooring specialist would find most helpful. Any time I need a Georgia based inspection again, I’ll definitely call Hilltop.

Inspection prices will vary depending on the size of the home, age of the home, location, and ancillary services if requested. Purchasing a home is one of the largest financial investments we make in our lifetime...don't leave anything to chance. "A quality home inspection today, improves quality of life tomorrow."
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to answer any questions they may have then walk them through the inspection process and invite them to attend the inspection. We're on the same team and it's important that my clients know that.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
