- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer highly competitive rates for in town as well as outside of the perimeter moving jobs. Our rates are as follows: 2 Men No Truck $80 ($90 Weekend) 3 Men No Truck $110 ($130 Weekend) 4 Men No Truck $130 ($160 Weekend) 2 Men with Truck $130 ($140 Weekend) 3 Men with Truck $160 ($180 Weekend) 4 Men with Truck $180 ($210 Weekend) Travel Fee (Outside of 25 mile Zone) $40 Connivence Fee (Within 24 hour booking) $50 2 Men Less Than 2 Hours No Truck $120 Oversized Pieces (Pianos, Safes and Pool tables) $100 a Man We recommend the customer to rent the truck themselves however in accordance with our motto "Moving Made Easy" we are able to rent the truck for you and add it to your invoice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer that is interested in booking with What's the Move LLC would first give us a call for a consultation and quote. This is where we will determine what services you would need (Moving,Packing or Junk removal) as well as how long we believe it would take us to complete your job. Once the initial estimate has been sent and the deposit has been paid, just sit back relax and let us do the rest! Our movers will contact you 30 minutes before their arrival the day of your move.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The co-owners, Anthony Jones and Rakeem Thompson have a combined 15 years of experience as Moving Specialist. All employees and contractors under What's The Move LLC are screened and trained by the owners to ensure that company standards are met.
