- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not generally quote prices here. It is important for the client to come to my office so that we can discuss price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with potential clients. I know a lot of things are done over the phone and with e-mail. But if you are going to hire a lawyer, you need to meet that lawyer and shake their hand. That is why I encourage people to call my office an set up an appointment to meet with me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There are requirements set by the Georgia Bar that ensure lawyers take continuing education.
