Rafael was quick to respond to and diagnose my problem. Then identified a potentially catastrophic situation that he explained to me patiently as I peppered him with questions. He came back and took care of that issue too! I highly recommend!!!

I had a great experience working with Ralphy. He helped me fix the pressure relief valve and was extremely professional and efficient throughout the process. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond—he tracked down the necessary parts from his coworkers and made a second trip to get the job done right. I also really appreciated the fair and reasonable price he offered. Overall, a 5-star experience. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled handyman!

Rafael was very communicative and professional. He made me feel very comfortable from the first conversation. He is also very knowledgeable. He was on time and went out of his way to insure the perfect install of my new under mount sink. I had accidentally broken it and was so frustrated with myself. He helped keep me calm and I really appreciate his hard work and awesome customer service! I highly recommend!

Rafael was very prompt in responding to my message. What I liked the most about working with him is that he explained every step of the way what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was meticulous and made sure that he didn’t do anything to cause new or unnecessary problems while getting this fixed. He cleaned up after himself, was very polite and professional and patient with me. I’ve added a before and after picture below. I highly recommend him and would use him again.
