I contacted Craig to assemble my lanai furniture after reading the reviews of his work. Craig replied quickly. He is a true professional, as well as being reliable, honest, detailed, and affordable. While putting my sofa together, he noticed a defect that would cause a wide gap and make the sofa unlevel. I opted for him to continue to put it together. Craig got it leveled. And after our discussion, I called the company for a replacement part. When the new replacement part came in within a week. Craig was good to his word; He came back out when the part came in that morning to resolve the issue at no extra charge to me.
