- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies between jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I create a contract in the beginning. We complete a scope of work for the project which outlines the whole job from the demo, to prep, to the finish. I do a drawing of the remodel showing sizes, lengths, heights. I give a calendar showing the approximate length of the job. I also like to send text messages so that during the process of the job I can show work progress each day while the customer is at work. I provide a COI (certificate of insurance).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in construction since early 90's. I have no degrees in construction, but I have dealt with residential construction most of my life. I have been in the union and worked commercially. But that is very mundane. The ability to work with individuals and making there dream come true is satisfying.
