If you are looking for someone who is detached, lacks attention to detail, and just seems to be doing a "job" in exchange for money, Jess is NOT someone you'll want to hire. She treats you, your family, and your home as if they are worthy of the utmost care and respect. I was looking for someone I could trust to clean my elder parents' home; I've found in Jess someone who is not only an excellent cleaner...she is kind, open to feedback, committed to her work, and she clearly takes pride in doing an excellent job. After a long search for a reliable cleaner, I feel very lucky to have found Jess.

Jesse did a fine job cleaning my house. I moved in the house in October & my new furniture had not been delivered-so pretty empty dining room & living room. I work at home so was only able to give her minimal directions but we had talked on the phone regarding my expectations. As I stated she did fine job. She missed a few things-like dusting the table that the TV was on. The laminate flooring needed a bit more attention. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean-that’s a big plus in my book. Unfortunately, my daughter is now between jobs & she will clean for me until she finds a new job-so I am unable to use Jesse’s services again for now.
