I employed Chris Cooper for 15 years, as the full-time property manager/handyman for my 45 residential rental properties (consisting of an apartment complex, single family homes, and duplexes) in West Des Moines. I would recommend him for any property management or repair job. He has a calm, positive demeanor, and is an easy person with whom to work. His strengths consist of the following: *Excellent reliability and integrity *Creative ability to problem-solve and find solutions *Excellent and fast communication and responsiveness *Attention to time-sensitive issues *Very logical thought processing when troubleshooting *Pays close attention to cost management and budget for the job *Keeps the jobsite clean and tidy During this time his duties consisted of the following: *general repairs *general maintenance *indoor and outdoor painting *plumbing repairs (replacing stools, faucets, garbage disposals, shut-off valves, etc) *electrical repairs (lights, ceiling fans, switches, outlets, etc) *laminate flooring installation *hardwood floor refinishing *painting *sheetrock and tile repair *moving *cement patching *appliance installation (stove, microwave, dishwasher) and some repairs *grounds maintenance (snow and yard work) miscellaneous installations (trim, window treatments, artwork, TV *brackets, etc) *demolition Sincerely, Gerald L.
